Youngsters will love the cuteness of the title. Ghost Giant takes elements of puzzle and platform games and mixes them into a deeply immersive story/game. Remember, Louis is the only one who can see you! Use your giant hands to help Louis in his quest. Standing by the water is the super cute hero of this game – Louis, an 11-year-old kitten from the town of Sancourt. You look down on the trees, house and lake. When the game loads you’re transported to a beautifully rendered tiny world. In Ghost Giant, the view is completely reversed. Frequently VR games place you in a big expansive room or universe. The perspective is fascinating and nothing like anything else I’ve experienced in VR before.

TO START THE GAME… HOLD THE PAUSE BUTTON FOR LONGER Once you do that the game will start no problem. The TRICK IS TO PRESS AND HOLD THE PAUSE BUTTON for a few seconds. Now, to be fair to the games developers, I read that instruction as ‘press pause’, I did that multiple times without anything happening. The game tells you to press (and hold) the pause button. The set-up for the game is relatively easy, pull a few virtual levers and adjust viewing height to your physical height. I paid £18.99, downloaded it and hit install. Nevertheless, the cute character on the Quest’s Store made it look attractive. I knew nothing about it and did zero research about the game.
